Our education is not identified by one educator. One person cannot do it all. WEAT consists of 13 extraordinary cosmetologist, barbers and licensed instructors from all walks of life and cultures. While all our Educators are extremely skilled and are knowledgeable, utilizing the clipper to its full potential, each one bestows their special gift upon the willing recipient. Wahl Education and Artistic Team has a strong presence in the education arena, promoting professionalism through the Wahl name. WEAT leads the industry with skills and vision.

Anthony Barmer
My name is Anthony Maurice Barmer and I am a Master Barber Stylist, Platform Artist, and Educator. I am a resident and business owner in Harford County Maryland. I have been an owner and operator for 14 years, and I work with several very talented stylists. I received my barber and stylist training at The Maryland Barber School which is located in Glen Burnie Maryland. Throughout my career I have received additional professional training by companies such as Paul Mitchell, Mazani, Dudley’s, The Wahl Clipper Corporation and management training under Michael Chivas owner of The Smart Group and Company, these are just to name a few. As a Platform Artist and Salesman for The Wahl Clipper Corporation –the worlds largest clipper company, I’ve had the opportunity to help expand the companies consumer market by traveling to several major hair shows promoting sales, marketing, education, and platform work. These opportunities play a great part in the experience I have in teaching other people. I love this business because I have the ability to meet and learn from the best barbers and stylist from all around the country.
Harold Pritchard
Harold Pritchard has been a stylist for 30 years and fifteen of which as a salon owner. Harold is currently located and conducts business in Hickory, North Carolina. Harold is an international educator introducing the most innovative tools and techniques to cut the latest styles on men and women. He demonstrates the versatile use of clippers, trimmers, and blades to achieve today’s fashionable styles.
Over the past 15 years Harold has performed platform work for a large variety of national and local distributors and manufacturers. Harold’s commitment to Wahl Clipper’s educational program began in 1987 and in years since he has advanced to working as an International Educator for the company. Harold Pritchard truly believes in being involved in our industry’s education not only as an instructor, but also as a student. Harold has also had the privilege to become a certified instructor for South Carolina’s State Board "Stylist Continuing Education Program."
Eric Roa
Eric "Pacinos" the Barber is a Queens, New York native who migrated to South Florida in 1986. Took an interest in cutting hair at the age of 15 and never looked back. He is the proud owner of Pacinos Barbershop, which has been in business successfully for 11 plus years. He is a detail orientated individual with a stride for Fashion and Style who is diligent in his career. He's been a Barber Stylist for over 15 years. He has worked with Stars/Celebrities such as Sean "P.Diddy" Combs, Jay Z, Ludacris, Kevin Hart, just to name a few. He travels the U.S & Internationally as a Platform Artist & Educator for WAHL Clippers.
Kristi Faulkner
A believer of professional diversity in the Barber/Cosmetology industry, Kristi Faulkner specializes in custom design parts, precision bald fades & tapers, and women’s short cuts. You've seen Kristi on the cover of Barbers Only magazine where she was featured in the ‘Back to School issue, 2010; on stage demonstrating her talents at the Premier Hair Shows in Orlando and Brimingham, Bronner Brothers Show in Atlanta, Sports Clip National Huddle; or you may have had the privilege of attending one of her specialized classes. Kristi and her passion for multi-cutural education is a valued asset to Wahl’s Education and Artistic Team.
Gustav Mendoza
Gustav Mendoza is one of Wahl’s internationally recognized artists. He will take you beyond Master Barbering by introducing the most innovative tools and techniques in clipper cutting, as well as demonstrating the basics. Gustav has been involved in education for 15 years, traveling throughout North America, South America and Europe, and has become the perfect teacher in illustrating where we have been in hairstyling and designing, as well as where we are going. Laura VanderMoere
You may recognize Laura from Modern Salon’s "Hale the Male", August 2010 issue, where she was featured creating a contemporary look for the modern man. Laura skillfully combines the classic techniques of clipper cutting men and women’s hair with the current industry trends, using her artistic touch. Her talent with the clipper reflects her passion as she shares this knowledge educating willing students and seasoned stylists.

Christina Goree
Christina one of the industries phenomenal Master Barbers Stylist with 24 years experience in the industry, her work has been featured on numerous projects ranging from the Sliver Screen to Television, Music Video’s and Print-Ads.
As a Celebrity Stylist she has worked with Chris Tucker, Cedric The Entertainer, Anthony Anderson, Diddy and Son, Bill Bellamy, Jon B., Rakim KC and Jo Jo Etc. Etc......Her knowledge and experience has awarded her numerous awards and accolades, on local and International levels.
She is currently and Educator / Platform Artist for the WAHL Styling Team she has worked with Barry Fletcher, Woody’s Quality Grooming, Kizuri Styling Team and many others...She is consistently breaking new ground in a male dominated industry.
As of 2003 she has become a member of The American Barber League . Christina has taking her love for the industry back to the classroom where she has a flair for encouraging and motivating students, barbers and stylist alike. Monica Rivers
Monica Rivers is from Barnwell, SC where she is the lead barber at Pacesetter Barber Shop, and has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. A proud native of the South Carolina Lowcountry, Monica holds licenses in Cosmetology & Master Barber, is a Cosmetology and Barber Instructor, and holds a PHD from The Helix Hair Academy. She is also on the International Design Team of Wahl Clipper Corporation, teaching the latest cutting techniques to stylists across the country.
Tom Quigley
Tom Quigley started his career over 25 years ago at a Pivot Point school, advancing into a salon then moving into a lease salon in which is still operating in the same zone. Through the course of time he has attended various educational events in all aspects of the industry ranging from photo shoots to advance haircutting and coloring academies. Achieving being a platform artist in relationship with show group organization he joined Wahl's team of platform in 2000. Tom travels teaching others what he has learned over the course of time ranging from fundamentals to advance in various formats of education.
Garland Fox
This honoree has been a barber-stylist since 1995. Owner of Kutnup Barber Shop and Beauty Salon for almost 10 years and currently working on a dual cosmetology and barbering license for the state of Illinois and Indiana. A US Veteran, Master Barber, Wahl Clipper Corporation International Platform Artist. Mr. Fox is the first and only barber to have Wahl Clippers created and named after him. Prominently named as the go-to barber for major television, film and record companies such as TV One, Fox, ABC, Arista and Priority to name a few. GWhiz, received a golden clipper award with Oprah Winfrey’s father Vernon Winfrey, is currently ranked as the countries top barber since 2004 and has been in numerous publications serving as resident barber expert on products and barbering techniques trending and traditional for the hair industry. To top everything off he works with youth in the community at various locations throughout Mt . Zion baptist church and the Fairmount community center where he invests both money and time. Garland ‘G-whiz’ Fox has been honored with the 2011 2nd Annual Barber’s Ball Excellence in Leadership in Education Award.
Lorenzo Gonzalez
Lorenzo Gonzales represents the true meaning of hair styling. With over 25 years of experience as a hair care specialist, Lorenzo has an impressive portfolio. Lorenzo has trained under some of the most talented stylist in the industry; Wella, Sebastian, Nicolas Christ, Joss Claude & Bellver, Jose Vilanueva, and Nick Altamore, to name a few. He has represented Clairol, L’Oreal, Voglia, Lendan, and Lakme as either an Educator or guest Artist. Some of Lorenzo’s accomplishments include recognition as Cuban Artist of Universal Styling, Cuban Talent Shows Originality, Ambassador of Beauty and Best Spanish-Speaking Stylist.
Lorenzo’s passion is educational development, and has been published in international journals as well as the editor of Charter, a magazine of texture in Mexico. Lorenzo created the educational system ‘Style of Designs’ for the Institute of Beauty, Mexico City.
Currently a member of Wahl Clipper Corporation’s Education and Artistic Team, Lorenzo’s domain is on stage where he shares the most modern techniques of clipper cutting, combining fashion, techniques, and fun while demonstrating new and fresh styles.
Tracey Nugent
Brash, boisterous, and brimming with talent, Tracey Nugent is an industry superstar known not just for her amazing work, but for the outsized personality that comes with it!
A 16-year veteran who has racked up numerous awards and accolades, Tracey is a nationally acclaimed artist who represents Wahl at multiple trade shows throughout the year. A fan favorite, Tracey focuses on the latest trends while insuring all styles are salon wearable. "Fun and functional," Tracey says. "It’s about your clients, your bread and butter. You’re not gonna get a lot of runway models stopping in for a trim, but I’ll show you how to make a client feel like one walking out!"
Known and respected for telling it like it is, Tracey keeps busy as an in-demand consultant and educator. She has long been a go-to expert for new salons, working with both owners and beauticians on all aspects of running a successful business; she played an integral part in opening a thriving cosmetology school; she has overseen hair and makeup for several theater productions; and she continues to educate around the country as an instructor. All while keeping up with her own well-established client list!
Tracey is currently laying the groundwork for her own line of educational books and videos, where once again she promises "fun and functional" will be front and center. "This is not a boring profession," Tracey enthuses, "so why should our educational materials be?"
